This tipped-in carte-de-visite portrait and accompanying chromolithograph of his residence form the final entry in a volume documenting the last pensioners of the American Revolution. The subject, Adam Link, was photographed near the end of his 102 years. He had passed away before the book's publication, however, rendering this closing portrait an immediate memorial.
