The Syracuse, New York, residence of the Reverend Daniel Waldo is here presented as a contemporary digital model. This reconstruction is meticulously based upon the hand-colored chromolithograph by Bingham & Dodd of Hartford, which appeared in the 1864 first edition of The Last Men of the Revolution. While the composition and architectural features are drawn directly from the historical plate, the model newly infers the home's volumetric presence through the studied application of light, depth, and material texture.
